Pears are known for its hydrating and cooling powers. In Classical Chinese Medicine, Autumn is the season of the Metal element when the Lungs are the most active and consuming pears will counter Lung heat/fire.

Our Ginger Pear Highball 'Qi-coction' is made with Whiskey infused with a homeopathic blend of tea, pear, blackberry, and raw infused honey which will increase hydration and soothing for the Lungs alleviating coughs, sore throats, and dry skin. Of course, autumn and winter are also flu season, so we've added ginger for immunity boosting benefits.

The alcohol in a 'Qi-coction' can help dilate blood vessels, boost circulation and warm the body, making it easier for your body to move anything un-healthy. The raw infused honey and organic loose leaf herbal tea can help loosen up congestion. Be sure to hydrate and drink the tea on its own with raw infused honey as well.

Honeyopathy Qi Energy Exuberance Loose Leaf Herbal Tea: 1 TSP

Honeyopathy Qi Energy Exuberance Raw Infused Honey: 1 TBSP

Ginger Ale: 4 OZ

Pear Slice


Fresh Basil


Measure Whisky.

Mix Exuberance loose leaf tea and 2 Tbsp. very hot water in a small bowl or ramekin. Let stand for 1 minute.

Add measured ingredients in a glass.

Add ice and stir briefly.

Garnish with a sprig of basil and adorn with a blackberry and pear slice and serve.
