- Avoid salt and try to use salt that has no additives such as anti-caking agents (sodium aluminosilicate. E535, E536, calcium silicate).

Increasing energy in Chinese Medicine is about nourishing our inherited Qi (life energy force) which we are born with and can't be replaced once we use it—and feeding our daily sources as well. The daily sources of Qi come in the form of the air we breathe, the food we eat and we improve our uptake and retention of this Qi by gentle exercise, calm minds and adequate rest. This daily source of Qi is the fuel in our bodies and ideally we do not use more then we take in each day. When daily Qi runs low and we ignore tiredness signs we start to draw on the inherited Qi. If this happens too often this Qi diminishes and we begin to feel really tired.

Along with our bee-based products used daily, exercise frequently, have a moderate and fulfilling lifestyle, eat well and sleep regularly. If you're still tired, you have Qi stagnation or a Qi deficiency. Your CCM practitioner might use acupuncture or acupressure to relieve or boost your Qi.

All of the herbs and botanicals are sourced fresh from our farm in Maine or dried from a sustainable and organic farms in the US that practic the principle of “geoherbalism” - that many herbs are most efficacious when collected from a particular region must suited to the growth of that plant. We try to use herbs collected from these traditionally recognized regions. Honeyopathy works with its suppliers to ensure its botanicals comply with good agricultural practices.  

There are no preservatives or fillers in our products or any additional ingredient that is added to create the final products.
