Shipping

  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days.

  • Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Delays: While we take care to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Honeyopathy products. If you are not completely satisfied:

  • Return Window: 14–30 days from delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Non-returnable Items: Opened personal-care products, custom or made-to-order items, and final-sale products.

  • Refunds: Issued once we receive your returned items. Original shipping costs may not be refundable.

  • Exchanges: Available for the same item or store credit, depending on stock availability.
