Krystal lives on Stenella Farms in Stratham New Hampshire named for her love of the Atlantic spotted dolphins (stenella frontalis), her spirit animal. Krystal has cultivated a lifelong relationship with nature and has realized her dreams spending her time cultivating wild meadows and getting to know the plants and flowers. Understanding their patterns and how they grew and their uniqueness has always fascinated her—just the way that the bees know them. In her practice, she finds deep ways for us to connect with ourselves and others through positive energy.
For Honeyopathy, she mixes traditional herbal remedies from plants that are grown, cultivated or wildcrafted from the farm that compliment the energy and essence of honey. The plants she grows are what she considers sacred and therefore we infuse our products with the potent healing power of honey and plants with the highest and best intentions for the consumer.
