Our honey is raw, meaning that it has never been heated or filtered. As a result, our honey can crystallize fairly quickly. Crystallized honey still contains the flavor and health benefits but has simply changed texture. To return crystallized honey to liquid, place the jar in a warm (never boiling) pot of water or set it out in the sun.
